Week of November 29:

Monday (November)- Rest day
Tuesday (November)- Rest day
Wednesday: Animal study day
Thursday- Rest day
Friday- Walk: 1.27miles; 23m 22s - walk with Dakota. Run: 3.85miles; 43m (11:10/mile) - ran with MOTR ladies!
Saturday- Bike: 9.25miles; 30m - 20 FTP test (avg. output = 208) 20m Output PR! *250* 
Sunday- Bike: 16.02miles; 55m 45m Output PR! *403* Strength: 5 minute body weight workout, Yoga: 15ish minutes trying to do it with Hailey

Week of December 6:

Monday- Sick :(
Tuesday- Strength:10 minute body weight workout
Wednesday- Run: 1.86 miles; 20m 10s (10:50/mile)
Thursday- Rest Day
Friday- Run: 3.22 miles; 36m 3s
Saturday- Strength: 5 minute core. Run: 3.15 miles; 34m 35s. Bike: 8.81 miles; 30m
Sunday- Rest Day

Week of December 13:

Monday- Run: 35m; 3.08miles - 50th run with Peloton!
Tuesday- Rest Day
Wednesday- Run: 5.01 miles; 48m 26s - 10m moderate pace @ 9:03, then 1:00 on/off @ 8:00ish
Thursday- Rest Day
Friday- Rest Day
Saturday- Rest Day
Sunday- Rest Day

Week of December 20:

Monday- Walk: 1.58 miles; 38m 18s - walk the doggies with Leah
Tuesday- Strength: 30m upper body strength
Wednesday- Strength: 10m bodyweight strength; Run: 3.70 miles; 37m 55s (10:15/mile) - was supposed to be a workout.... Achilles got a little bit annoyed so called it early
Thursday- Rest day
Friday- Bike: 30m; 8.42 miles - Cody slay ride! Had a little tummy bug that morning, glad I could get on the bike
Saturday- Rest day
Sunday- Strength: 30m full body strength

Week of December 27:

Monday- Walk: 1.26 miles; 25m 57s - sooooooo icy!; Stretch: 5m pre-run; Run: 1.2 miles; 15m - owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww my Achilles flared up so badly!!; Bike: 30m; 8.70 miles; Stretch: 10m

Wednesday- Rest day
Thursday- Strength: 45m full body; Walk: 1.75 miles; 31m - Peloton walk
Friday- Rest day
Saturday- Rest day
Sunday- Rest day
