Monthly Workouts (February 2022)

 

Week of January 31:

Monday - Strength: 30m - Upper Body 
Tuesday - Walk: 5m; 0.30 miles, Run: 40m 03s; 4.0 miles (10:01/miles) - Run/walk intervals - working on extending the run interval. Did one full miles @ 9:40ish pace. Definitely got me excited about running again, Walk: 5m; 0.28 miles
Wednesday - Walk: 30m; 1.5 miles - treadmill walk after the kids went to bed
Thursday - Rest day
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Run: 1h 16m 5s; 7.02 miles (10:50/miles) - 10:00/1:00 run/walk intervals
Sunday - Walk: 1.36 miles and 1.75 miles - walk to Caribou and back

Week of February 7:

Monday - Rest day
Tuesday -Run: 46m 12s; 4.13 miles (11:11/miles) - Ran with MOTR ladies, 2:00/0:30 run/walk intervals, amazing weather! Ran in short sleeves
Wednesday - Yoga: 15m in the morning and 15m before bed
Thursday - Run: 40m 24s; 4.0 miles - 4x5 minute tempo at 6.5 mph, 6.5 mph, 6.6 mph, 6.7 mph
Friday - Run: 39m 33s; 3.24 miles (12:13/mile) - Ran with Kristen and Christie at Lochness, horrible footing
Saturday - Rest day
Sunday - Run: 1:39:14; 8.32 miles (11:56/miles) - Ran 2 miles with Christie then the rest with some other MOTR ladies. The footing was horrible and it was SO cold

Week of February 14:

Monday - Rest day
Tuesday -Run: 29m 55s; 3.0 miles (9:58/mile) - Ran on the treadmill when Miles went to bed and bribed Hailey with goldfish and TV - really proud of myself for this run because I really didn’t want to run after work
Wednesday - Rest day
Thursday - Run: 1h 57s; 5.70 miles (10:42/mile) - ran to the beach then around the Lakes with some MOTR ladies then got a ride home, not great footing and pretty cold
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Strength: 15m bodyweight, Bike: 15m; 4.58 miles - Output: 131
Sunday - Run: 1h 59m 33s; 10.0 miles (11:39/mile) - Ran with Christie and then MOTR around Lamotte, did 5:00/1:00 run/walk intervals. Felt SO good, Walk: 0.85 mile - stroller walk with Joel and Dakota

Week of February 21:

Monday - Bike: 30m; 8.02 miles - Output: 194 kj
Tuesday - Strength: 30m strength for runners
Wednesday - Run: 1h 10m 10s; 7.00 miles (10:01/mile) - 5x1 miles @ 6.5 mph
Thursday - Rest day
Friday - Rest day
Saturday - Run: 33m 32s; 3.0 miles (11:01/mile) - Ran on the treadmill and talked to Allison
Sunday - Run: 1h 50m 24s; 10.01 miles (11:01/mile) - first few miles were closer to 10s

Week of February 28:

Monday - Yoga/Mobility: 15m, Strength: 15m - Lower bodyweight, Stretch: 5m
