Hailey is 34.5 inches tall (70th percentile) and 25.6 pounds (35.5th percentile). She’s a tall, lean toddler!
Likes
- Cocomelon - I would say she is obsessed. She grabs the remotes and says Coco. If you have your phone or tablet, she will say Coco to that too, assuming she gets it on all of the screens. You can’t put anything else on… only Coco
- Parks
- Hanging out with family - she is so lucky to have family close by and other family that makes the trip to see her. She loves both of her ammas and appas

Activities
She did swimming lessons this year - Back Float Baby 1 at the Foss Swim School. Unfortunately, we were too slow to enroll her in the summer session for the next class so she is doing the fall session. We also enrolled her in Tiny Tumblers for gymnastics. That is a weekday class in the evening so it might be interesting how she handles it..
Eating
She’s not the biggest eater. We struggle sometimes to get her to eat anything. Some days she loves stuff and then the next she will hate it. We are pretty safe offering hummus, olives, easy Mac and pizza. Other than that, it’s hit or miss.
Temperament
She is a very cautious (sometimes) toddler, especially when it comes to strangers and new situations. Once she sees mommy and daddy are okay with it, she generally warms up. She doesn’t love to sleep anymore- she used to go down for naps and bedtime just fine but now she fights it. I think it’s a case of FOMO. She is slow to adjust with transitions. Her tantrums are very very real, she melts onto the ground screaming
Adjustment to being Big Sister
She has turned a corner and has been much better with Miles. She likes to give him his pacifier and help feed him. She likes to pat him and lay on the mat with him for tummy time. She definitely gets jealous sometimes
