Weekly Workouts

Week of September 20 - September 27

Monday:

Rest Day

Tuesday:

Bike: 13.47 miles; 44m 57s - Did a pop ride while my mom watched Miles and Joel and Hailey were at Joel's parents, great way to wind down after work

Wednesday:

Lift: did the MAPS anabolic training before work, got my booty out of bed.  It was nice and crisp outside.  I definitely wasn't as sore as last week.


Thursday:
Lift: 37m 39s - Lift  stuff with MOTR with 5x30 second sprints

Run: 2.24 miles; 22m 39s (10:05/mile) - ran with Molly around the Lake after lifting and before we headed to the brewery

Friday:
Rest day

Saturday:
Rest day

Sunday:
Run: 6.51 miles; 1h 12m (11:12/mile) - Made it down to Lake Harriet to run with Northstar, I even saw a Club Run friend while out running!  We went nice and easy and the weather was so perfect for the run, super excited for TC10!
