Wednesday -
Run: 4.10 miles; 47m 24s (11:32/miles) - Lunch time run with Amaza!
Thursday -
Bike: 13.27 miles; 45m - W2D1 of Build Your Power Zones Program
Friday -
Rest Day, Hailey was home sick from daycare so it ended up putting a little hiccup in the original plan for working out
Saturday -
Run: 7.01 miles; 1h 16m (10:58/mile) - Stroller run with Hailey since she avoided her nap again
Walk: 2.71 miles; 49m 1s - walked home from the park with the double stroller, thanks goodness for the tablet and Cocomelon
Sunday -
Bike: 12.77 miles; 45m - W2 D2 Build Your Power Zones Program
