 Weekly Workouts for Week of September 13 - September 19

Monday -  

Rest Day

Tuesday -  

Run: 4.64 miles; 50m 58s (10:58/mile) - one of those runs that I remember how much I actually love running.  I headed out as soon as the kids went to bed.  I made a loop through the newer neighborhood in Harpers, some dirt paths, in the dark.  Next time, I need to remember a headlamp, it got dark quick. Thankfully it was all sidewalks so it was safe-ish.  Just an amazing run.



Wednesday - 

Lift: did the MAPS anabolic training.  Ouch. So sore from this, but in a good way.



Thursday - 

Rest Day

Friday - 

Bike: 5.34 miles; 20m - hopped on the bike once the kids were in bed and did a Cody Rigsby ride

Saturday - 

Run: 8.03 miles; 1h 27m (10:54/miles) - this run was rough towards the end.  The weather was great, but I ran from Carol's after a decent breakfast, so the food had not digested and my tummy didn't love that towards the end.  

Sunday - 

Pickleball: played with Joel's family for an hour or so, SO MUCH FUN! I forgot how much I enjoyed playing.  It was windy so kind of challenging to adjust but still, so much fun.
