Monday:

Bike: 11.48 miles, 45m (252.1 kJ)- Cody Rigsby, Arm and Intervals

Thursday:

Bike: 8.92 miles; 30m - first group ride with the work crew!

Friday:

Run: 5.11 miles; 58m 23s (11:24/mi) - Ran with the neighbor before work, overdressed!

Run: 3.21 miles; 34m 14s (10:38/mi), 1.74 miles; 18m 47s (10:44/mi), 0.74 miles, 8m 18s (11:05/mi), 0.79 miles; 8m 45s (10:58/mi) - ooooft, took Hailey out for a lunchtime long run and did not do so hot.  My tummy didn’t like me and had to stop at a couple of portapotties. Hailey didn’t want to nap, so we ended up basically doing a tour de parks in the area.  There were a few stretches of running, a stretch of walking, and then finished of with a little run to get home.
