Monday- Bike: 45m; 13.16 miles (366kJ) - Power Zone Challenge W3R1; Stretch: 5m... funny thing happened, I mentioned my Achilles was hurting when I was at work and my coworker mentioned that he had the same issue when he picked up riding.  My Achilles was really bugging me after the bike ride and realized it might have been irritated by all my biking - backfired on me that I switched to biking to be more low impact, ugh.  I think my bike fit just isn't right coupled with the uptick of the miles and then running in poor fitting shoes...?
