Friday:

Run: 5.26 miles; 52m 53s (10:03/mile) - Ran at lunch time, took a half day, AMAZING weather

Saturday:

Sunday:

Run: 5.30 miles; 1h - Ran with the neighbor, original intent was to run 10 miles but ended up falling off the sidewalk and rolling my ankle a bit.  I was able to keep running but it really started to hurt later in the day

Ride: 5.61 miles; 20m - rode after the run just to get a little longer cardio in

Walk: Trick or treating with Hailey!
