Weekly Workouts (v.3)

 

Weekly Workouts for Week of July 26 - August 1

It’s been a little bit of a slack week with being out of town and having full days. I was very deliberate about fitting in my runs though. 

Monday -  

Rest Day

Tuesday -  

Lots of walking and standing around the campsite

Wednesday - 

Rest Day/Travel Day

Thursday - 

Run: 3.5 miles; 40m 15s (11:29/mile) - ran with Joel while he pushed Miles in the stroller - 8x1:15/0:45 repeats (8:04, 8:17, 7:38, 7:35, 8:17, 8:53, 8:23, 8:35) - struggled with the cool down, had wanted to get in 4 miles but it was humid and cut it half mile short

Stood almost the rest of the day in the heat at the CrossFit games

Friday - 

Run: 4.01 miles; 43m 31s (10:51/mile) - recovery-ish run 2:00/0:30, round all the hills!

Lots of walking/standing at the CrossFit games the rest of the day

Saturday - 

Walk: 1.87 miles; 42m 22s - walk with coffee with Joel and the stroller before a long day at the CrossFit games

Sunday - 

Run: 7.76 miles; 1h 24m 45s (10:55/mile) - long run in Madison! Super hilly. Did 2:00/0:30s for half of it and then switched to 4:00/0:30 because I was feeling so good!

It’s going to be another long day at the Games before we head home!
