Tuesday -
Walk: 1.24 miles; 23m 39s - Walked Dakota around the block after doing some light lifting in the gym with Joel
Wednesday -
Bike: 12.67 miles; 45m - 15 minute warm up, 20 minute FTP test (Avg, Power - 179 W), 10 minute cool down
Thursday -
Run: 4.62 miles; 50m 39s - Ran with Mary and the kiddos and the stroller - did a few 1 minute on/1 minute off intervals
Core: 10 minute Core for Runners with the Peloton App
Bike: 12.88 miles; 44m 57s - W1D1 of Build our Power Zones Program
Friday -
Rest Day
Walk: 0.69 miles; 13m 5s - was originally planning to walk to Invictus from the house but needed my car so changed my mind and walked back home
Saturday -
Bike: 12.84 miles; 45m - W1D2 of the Build your Power Zones Program
