Weekly Workouts for Week of August 9 - August 15
Monday -
SP Shift workout: DB Hang Cleans, Overhead Press, Low Step Ups
Walk: 2.7miles; 50m 22s - I walked with our neighbor with the stroller to get ice cream and back
Tuesday -
Rest Day, my shins hurt a little bit so I didn’t want to risk hurting anymore
Wednesday -
Walk: 2.53 miles; 54m 41s - Walked with Sheri and the dogs with the stroller in Bunker, so lovely to chat!
Thursday -
Run: 5.04 miles; 48m 35s (9:38/mile) - 3x7 minutes with 2 minutes recovery, did the intervals at around an 8:30/mile pace. Ran with MOTR and it was really nice to have the company and the people to push me and encourage me

Run: 8.00 miles; 1h 30m (11:17/mile) - Ran with MOTR, very much needed run… did a couple stretches at sub 9:00 miles to catch up with the crew, walked a bit, just enjoyed the company
