Weekly Workouts for Week of July 19-July 25

Monday -  

Rest Day

Tuesday -  

Run: 1.5 miles; 19m 6s (12:40/mile)  - stroller run to start the morning, was hoping to go farther than this but my body just doesn’t do well with running right now..

Walk: 0.89 miles; 16m 52s - walked the rest of the way home 

Peloton: 4.09 miles; 15m- since I couldn’t finish my running, wanted some extra cardio so hopped on the bike for an Alex T class

SP Shift: Low step ups, DB goblet squats, ring rows

Wednesday - 

Run: 3.25 miles; 33m 18s (10:14/mile) - 8x1:1s (8:39, 8:34, 8:31, 8:05, 8:38, 8:15, 8:33, 7:55), first run without the stroller, felt so good once I got warmed up

SP Rehab W2D1: Functional progressions, wall angles, elevated push ups, shin box to low lunges 

Thursday - 

Run: 3 miles; 31m 16s (10:26/mile) - 2x10 minute tempos with 3 minutes walking between 

Friday - 

SP Rehab W2D2: Functional progressions, low step ups, table top to tripod, tempo air squats 

Saturday - 

Rest Day

Sunday - 

Run: 6.25 miles; 1h 14m 47s (11:57/mile) - stroller run with Miles, 5 minute walking warm up, 2:00/0:30 

10 minute Peloton Postpartum Yoga

  1. Great week of workouts! So impressed! I was doing so little at this point of Will's life! Ha! But he was a winter baby and he only napped while being held - and HATED the stroller. I took a lot of walks but only with him in the carrier. Otherwise he'd cry the entire time. :(

    I ran 5.5 miles on Sat morning with my neighbor and it was a SLOG. We had to take a lot of walk breaks (for me - she's in better shape). The humidity was 83% when we started. I am hoping I feel better/stronger when we get some cooler, less humid temps.
